Design And Ordering

1. Ordering Process

After receiving your order, our team will contact you within 2-3 business days with a digital proof. Please review and confirm the artwork to approve the visual representation and authorize production. Once confirmed, your products will be delivered in approximately 15–18 business days, depending on the item’s lead time. Please note that multiple rounds of revision may be needed before finalizing the design, so we recommend placing your order a few days in advance.

2. Production Time

Most orders are delivered within 15–18 business days. For orders exceeding 1000 units, allow an extra 2–3 business days.
*Please note: Production time begins after the final artwork confirmation, not from the order date.

3. Why Artwork Confirmation Is Required

Even if you’ve uploaded your design, we still require artwork confirmation to ensure the final product matches your vision. Our team reviews all designs to verify they meet production standards and may adjust or simplify artwork as needed for optimal quality.

4. Accepted File Formats

We recommend submitting designs in AI format for best results. Alternatively, we accept PDF, PNG, PSD, or other high-resolution images (minimum 400 DPI). If you’re unsure about your file, feel free to send it to scjhcrafts for verification before ordering.

5. Rush Orders

To maintain quality, we generally do not accept rush orders. Rushed production can affect output quality. However, if you require delivery within 1–2 days, please contact our customer service. During off-peak periods, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Custom Die-Cut Shapes

Yes! We can assist with die-cut shaping based on your digital design files. While we don’t offer full design services, we can modify your submitted artwork to the desired shape and send a proof for your approval before production.
